Lab Rats

Lab Rats is a Hardcore 2D Wave Destroyer, the player plays through rounds where they must kill the waves of enemies that spawn. In between rounds players will be given the option to purchase health and various upgrades to help them progress further in the game.

  • Designed a set of Live Operations tools that allow me to, add new level layouts, add new playable loadouts, and adjust balance without the need for recompiling or updating through the app store

  • Designed and created an original IP with the potential for monetization through the use of optional ads that give the player a temporary boost, and in-app purchases that can change and improve gameplay without gating the player in anyway

Alchi’mage is an isometric 3D tactical rpg set in a quirky and abstract world, in which you take on the role of an elemental mage hellbent on stopping the apocalypse. Explore six different elemental realms, recruiting other mages along the way, and stop the all powerful white mage from destroying the world.

  • Cooperatively created all 22 abilities used by both player and AI

  • Tracked and balanced all variables involved in gameplay to ensure good difficulty progression throughout each level by creating balancing tables that directly compare team compositions to an opposition in google sheets

  • Aided in 8 person team management by creating a range of task and workload tracking tools

  • Assisted in IP development, adaptation, and execution

  • Aided in debugging through both programming, and creating a bug report form and a bug report inventory
